hey there :) I havent been blogging in such a long time now but yeah, hi im back :D
so, I have started college and I gotta say, its pretty nice. on the first day, we had orientation and thank God I bumped into Yoshie and Min Yen because I would have been so incredibly lost if I didn’t. the first hour or two was just briefing after briefing after briefings. I KNOW WE ARENT ALLOWED TO WEAR SHORTS and I KNOW THAT WE CANT TAKE DRUGS OR SMOKE ON CAMPUS you don’t have to tell me that repetitively D: so there, I hated that. thenn, we had a short break, which was hardly a break at all D: because we had to take a picture for our student ID that totally defeated the purpose of a ‘break’ as it ate up all the time we had. and we were back in the briefing room AGAIN. we also had to do some strange activity which I don’t want to talk about because it was just that lame, and we met up with our mentors right after that :) right after that, we had some ice breaking session! they put us into groups and Karam was in my group! :O coincidence much D: and I met a few people too :D it was pretty fun in a way. ugh I don’t feel like going into what we did, because I don’t see why it is necessary.
so the rest of the days, we have just been having classes. and I gotta say, I really really love how classes are arranged in terms of time. each class is about 55 minutes, and we have each subject we have chosen every day, and sometimes twice a day, and I really like that :D its not too long, not too short, and just enough time to cover a particular topic for the day.
anyways, Min Yen ended up in all my classes :D except English Lit but its okay :D what sucks is that I am with the same people in every single class. and they don’t talk very much. AND HOLY SHIT! I met this dude called Andy, and he sounds EXACTLY Like Calvin Chow from GIS D: its scary. I cant even. Min Yen, Ling and Yoshie AGREES! its insane D: and this other dude! I found out that he’s Ms Kunahlan’s nephew AHAHHA its so funny and I also met this guy called Luke Skywalker, very nice. andd a girl called Diana from english lit :) I think I could live with this for 1.5 years :) I hope slowly people will start warming up and shit and not be so conservative. it’s nice meeting new people :D
so my point is, it really isnt bad here at all :) EXCEPT.. the whole campus is so insanely cold D: it feels like winter in there and im not even shitting D:
im really sleepy, so ill talk more about college next time :)
